The Micro 1000® web guide controller delivers the highest level of web guide accuracy in the industry. It easily interfaces with all of AccuWeb’s dynamically compensated WideArray™ and standard edge detectors, AccuBeam® 3 line guide, and light- to medium-thrust linear actuators — all in one, compact enclosure.
The Micro 4000NET offers outstanding flexibility by interfacing with existing customer networks and PLCs. The result is the ability to provide unmatched accuracy, consistency and reliability. It is compatible with all of AccuWeb’s dynamically compensated WideArray™ and standard edge detectors, AccuBeam® 3 line guide, and all linear actuators — all in one enclosure.

Power
- Proprietary high-performance PWM DC power supply - twice the power of the previous model. Peak current rating is 10 amps.
- Two new higher thrust linear actuators with high performance 30 VDC motors. Strokes up to +/- 6.0 inches, electronic end-of-travel and servo-center adjustment.

- Over 30 circuit enhancements with new single-board design for long term reliability. No interconnecting wires to cause failures.
